Complete the installation of (including all engineering, procurement and construction) of roof mounted solar photovoltaic energy system (System 1) at the Swampscott Elemetary School and complete the design of a canopy mounted solar photovoltaic energy system (system 2) and provide pricing to complete the construction of System 2 with a preliminary phase in Spring 2024 followed by a final phase (Canopies, Panel Electrical components) in Spring/Summer 2025. System 1 and 2 will be municipally owned. Developers shall propose an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract for this facility.
