Sealed quotes for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Swampscott Town Hall, 22 Monument Ave. Swampscott Massachusetts 01907 until the time specified below at which time the quotes will be publicly opened and read.

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive.

The formal Request for Quotes, along with accompanying technical specification, drawings and other documents are available beginning on October 7, 2020 at http://www.swampscottma.gov/bids 

The awards are made by the Designated Chief Procurement Officer and are subject to Town Administrator approval. The Town of Swampscott reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the RFQ process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

Quotes for this contract are subject to the provisions of G.L. Ch. 30, §39M.
