Lawn Maintenance and Mowing Contract (3 Year Contract)

Sealed bids and proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Swampscott Town Hall, 22 Monument Ave. Swampscott Massachusetts 01907 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CONTRACT IS NOT SUBJECT TO PREVAILING WAGE.

Bid Opening: Thursday March 25, 2021 @ 2:00PM (A revised Addendum 1 has been posted.  A previous version erroneously indicated a change in the Bid Opening Date, which was not the intent of the Addendum.)

Also, Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c.30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, the RFP Opening in connection with the above referenced procurements will be conducted via remote participation. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found within this posting below. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means.

Access to the bid opening can be obtained by the following means. Please note that if accessing the bid opening online or on the smartphone app, you will be muted upon entering the meeting but can be unmuted to speak by using the “raise your hand” feature in the application.
