The Swampscott Public Schools engaged Lavallee Brensinger Architects to perform a Facilities Ventilation Assessment as we prepare to open our schools for in-person teaching. The findings and recommendations of that assessment are attached in Appendix A.

The Swampscott Public Schools was granted an emergency waiver for this procurement as time is of the essence. The project will need to start immediately and must be sustainably completed by October 26, 2020.

The Swampscott Public Schools ('School') is seeking bids from qualified persons, firms, or corporations, to provide all equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform Mechanical HVAC Maintenance and Testing And Balancing of the system as described in the scope of work.

This emergency solicitation may result in a contract for Mechanical HVAC Maintenance and Testing And Balancing, the contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price on the ‘Bid Summary Form.

Any contract(s) that may result from this emergency solicitation shall be for a term of three months, commencing September 14, 2020 and terminating December 31, 2020.
