The Town of Swampscott will receive sealed Bids for the Beach Entrance Improvements at Whale’s Beach, Eiseman’s Beach and New Ocean House Beach until July 29, 2019 at 2:00 PM local time, at the Public Works Office, 22 Monument Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Office Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
