The Town of Swampscott (“Owner” or “Town”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Designer” within the meaning of G.L. Ch. 7C, §44, to provide professional design services to conduct a comprehensive and detailed study of the current Swampscott Middle School, located at 207 Forest Avenue, Swampscott, MA 01907. The Owner seeks candidates with knowledge developing an asset inventory, identification of current facility conditions and deficiencies, cost estimating and capital expense forecasting; specifically, for school buildings.

All proposals must be received by 2:00pm (Eastern Time) on Thursday August 15, 2019 to be considered. Proposals submitted by fax or by electronic mail will not be considered.


The Fee for Basic Services will be negotiated.
