An Emerging Hawthorne Vision

After a year of community input, feedback, study, and revision, Town staff will be presenting the concept plan for the redevelopment of the Hawthorne Restaurant property on Humphrey Street. During the presentation, we'll recap the process so far, the data that was collected, analysis performed, and the key findings and recommendations that came out of that.

Based on that work thanks to the consultant team of HDR, a concept of the revisioned property will be presented to the Select Board and community members at the Board's meeting on April 3, 2024. Community members are encouraged to join in person, via Teams, or to watch on YouTube/Facebook live/local tv access.
