Opioid Settlement Funds Survey
The Swampscott Health Department is asking for input on how best to spend the Opioid Settlement Funds.
The survey goes live today, November 13th, 2023 and will be open until December 4th, 2023.
Residents can complete the survey online at https://forms.gle/rdihQjk1CQ4jZqTc7 or they can obtain a paper copy to fill out and return at Swampscott Town Hall, Swampscott Public Library, and the Swampscott Senior Center.
After gathering and compiling the responses from the survey, the Swampscott Health Department plans to hold a listening session/idea exchange, and also form a ‘Lived Experience’ working group to help the Health Department with how best to utilize these funds.
