The Town is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a qualified firm to conduct an organizational assessment, provide specialized facilitation, create an employee training plan, and start community and employee education programs in support of the development of a strategic plan that will move the Town forward towards integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and on boards and committees.
