The Town of Swampscott is seeking written quotes from qualified firms capable of resurfacing existing asphalt roadway and adjacent sidewalks along approximately 1000 linear feet of roadway. The scope of work is further detailed in the plans and details and includes but is not limited to the following: 2” mill and overlay hot mix asphalt and adjust structures, remove existing and replace with new concrete sidewalk, remove existing and replace asphalt sidewalk, resetting granite curb, installation of asphalt berm, loam and seed planting strip, and all associated sitework in a residential neighborhood. All construction services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective, and efficient manner.

Bid documents can be obtained at the Swampscott Public Works Office, Swampscott Town Hall, 22 Monument Ave, Swampscott Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. after 10:00 a.m. July 28, 2021. Bid documents may also be obtained at www.swampscottma.gov/bids.
