RFP Open: Sale or Lease of the Machon Elementary School

The Town of Swampscott is excited to release a Request for Proposals to sale or lease the Machon Elementary School on Burpee Road. The Town is requesting proposals from interested parties, with statements of qualifications, to re-purpose the Property to serve as housing, educational, or community use by complying with the restrictions and preferences set forth in the RFP.
