Local Recycling Facility Tour
With the Solid Waste Advisory Committee

The Swampscott Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) is inviting Swampscott residents to join their members on a tour of our local recycling facility (Greenworks, now owned and operated by Republic Services) in Peabody. The committee will be visiting for informational purposes and there are approximately 10 additional spots available. RSVP required to attend. Here are the details:
- The tour is approximately 90 minutes long
- They can accommodate physical limitations/handicaps as long as they know ahead of time
- It can be very dusty in certain areas; wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Meeting point is at Greenworks in Peabody
