The work includes site improvements to two (2) access ways to beaches along Swampscott’s coastline including (from west to east) Cassidy Park and Phillips’ Beach.  Each site improvement generally consists of sand dune amendment and restoration, and planting of beach grasses and shrubs.  Additional installation features (at one or more locations as noted on the drawings) include installation of beach access mats, plantings, fencing, trash barrels, bike racks, granite marker, concrete plaza with water station, and an outdoor shower.  Work includes site preparation; grubbing and stripping of vegetation; and removal, storage and reinstallation of select existing beach signs.

Bid Opening September 29, 2021 @ 2:00pm at Swampscott Town Hall 22 Monument Ave Swampscott, MA. Opening will be held in the first floor conference room.
