Request for Proposal documents are available after 11:00 AM on September 2, 2020 at http://www.swampscottma.gov/bids 

The awards are made by the Designated Chief Procurement Officer and are subject to Town Administrator approval. The Town of Swampscott reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the IFB/RFP process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.
