The Town of Swampscott is accepting proposals from qualified individuals to lease the land and improvements owned by the Town located at 16 New Ocean Street, Swampscott, Massachusetts,
for an initial period of ten (10) years, with a possible extensions of 5 years each (for a total lease term not to exceed thirty (30) years. The Town will give preference to individuals/entities
proposing to use the property for commercial/retail use, committing to additional payments in lieu of taxes, proposing site and building improvements and including additional benefits to the Town.
