REQUEST FOR INTEREST, IDEAS & INNOVATION - 86 Burrill Street

The Town has received a number of inquiries in recent months in regard to the use and occupancy of the building. In order to assess all options and to gain a wider understanding of the public and private interest in this space, the Town is soliciting Letters of Interest. The goal is to reactive this building with uses that provide – either directly or indirectly – a community benefit.
