Town of Swampscott - LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids and proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Swampscott Town Hall, 22 Monument Ave. Swampscott Massachusetts 01907 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

Trail Construction Project                                                                 

IFB Opening:  05/22/2020 @ 10:00 AM

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive.

Bid documents are available after 11:00 AM on April 22, 2020 by registering on this site. 

The awards are made by the Designated Chief Procurement Officer and are subject to Town Administrator approval. The Town of Swampscott reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the IFB/RFP process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.
