The Town of Swampscott is launching a new communication platform to keep residents and businesses up-to-date with important information and alerts.

Starting December 1, the Town will utilize OnSolve CodeRED to distribute alerts and information. Notifications are sent from the Town and can be received by you on mobile app, SMS text, email, and more.

What does this mean for you?

1. You'll need to set up a new account. Click this link to create the account, provide the contact methods you'd like to receive notices through, and choose the types of information you'd like to subscribe to.
2. You'll have complete control over the types of messages and methods you receive those message on. You can also log into your account again at any type to change those selections.

What types of information is available?

The Town will be utilizing the system to update residents on the following:

• Weather alerts
• Elections
• Public health alerts
• Road/traffic alerts
• Sanitary sewer overflow alerts
• Trash & recycling
• Community events
• Monthly newsletter

The Town will continue to post the same information from the notices/alerts on the Town website - so feel free to check back any time to SwampscottMA.gov.
