24-06: 33 Puritan Rd by Susan and Michael Sinrich. Request a Dimensional Special Permit and a Special Permit for Nonconforming Structures to construct a one-car garage addition on the left side of the structure and expand the second floor over the existing first-floor footprint.
Status: Petition will be opened by the Zoning Board of Appeals on May 17, 2024
 
24-04: 40 Eastman Ave by 40 Eastman, LLC c/o Ken Shuzter, Esq. Requests a Dimensional Special Permit, a Use Special Permit, a Special Permit for Parking Reduction, a Waiver of Landscaping, relief from Snow Storage, relief from Two-Way Traffic Travel, and a Site Plan Special Permit, for the construction of an eight-unit residential structure.
Status: Petition has been continued by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
