Vote by Mail Application

Massachusetts voters now have the option to vote early by mail in all elections, with no excuse required.

To request your Vote by Mail ballot, submit a completed application to the Town Clerk's office. Return your application:

• Via mail: Mail to the Town Clerk's office at 22 Monument Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907
• Via email: Email a scan or photo to clerks@swampscottma.gov
• Via fax: Fax to 1-781-596-8870
• In person: Visit the Town Clerk's office at 22 Monument Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907 to receive and/or return an application

Any mail-in ballot must be requested in writing at least 5 business days before Election Day.
