Moderna Booster Dose Vaccination Clinics for 18 years and older*
The Public Health Nurses from the Boards of Health and Health Departments in Beverly, Danvers, Marblehead, Peabody, Salem, and Swampscott will be holding regional Moderna Booster Dose Vaccination clinics:

*Who is eligible: Anyone 18 years of age and older that meets the eligibility criteria to get a booster dose:
• They are at least 18 years of age and it has been at least 5 months after the final dose in the primary series
– OR –
• Adults ages 50+ can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster
For those who received the J&J/Janssen COVID vaccine:
• One booster dose is recommended at least 2 months after the first dose of a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine
• Anyone who received a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine for both their first dose and booster may receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster
• Adults ages 50+ can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster, regardless of what type of booster they received
Remember:
• You must wear a mask when getting vaccinated
• Please wear a short-sleeve shirt
