Change to Lawn and Leaf Permits

The Town of Swampscott will no longer issue seasonal lawn and leaf permits.
You may obtain a permit directly thorough North Shore Compost Inc., 146 Swampscott Road Salem, MA 01970 (781)858-3018
They are open Monday through Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm and Saturdays from 7:30am – 12:00pm
