The applicant is seeking approval for a residential development project, which is part of a larger development that includes land in Swampscott, Marblehead, and Salem. The applicant is proposing 140 combined units, 96 of which will be located in Swampscott. The development will provide off-street parking and amenities for residents, including a club house and pool.
