Phillip's Beach/Sandy Beach Access & Resiliency Improvements

Phillip's Beach/Sandy Beach Access & Resiliency Improvements

Over the past few years, the Town has been implementing aesthetic and resiliency improvements to beach entrances, designed to promote water front access and mitigate the effects of coastal flooding. For additional information, visit the project homepage

In 2020, the Town received funding from the state’s Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program to complete the design and construction of beach entrance improvements at Cassidy Park/Sandy Beach and Phillips Beach. The project is being led by Kleinfelder, who has facilitated other aspects of the project to date.
