Municipal Lien Certificates (MLC)

To request a Municipal Lien Certificate (MLC) we require that you provide us with the following information:

• Property ID (Map & Parcel)
• Location of Parcel
• Check for $25.00 (per parcel)
• Self-addressed stamped envelope
